How long is an RTT® session? Each session lasts approximately 2 hours.
-
What is RTT®?Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®), developed by Marisa Peer, combines the most effective elements of NLP, hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, and cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT). What makes RTT® unique is its ability to access the subconscious mind to uncover and rewire deep-rooted limiting beliefs. These beliefs, often formed in childhood, shape behaviours that may no longer serve you. Through RTT®, we gently identify, release, and replace them with empowering thoughts and beliefs.

RTT® vs. Traditional Therapy: What Makes It More Effective?Traditional therapy often focuses on managing symptoms over time, while RTT® works directly with the subconscious mind to uncover and resolve the root cause of an issue—leading to deep and lasting transformation. Why choose RTT? ✔ Faster Results – While traditional therapy can take months or years, RTT® often creates profound change in just 1 to 3 sessions. ✔ Root Cause Resolution – Instead of only talking through challenges, RTT® identifies and rewires limiting beliefs at their core. ✔ Comprehensive Approach – RTT® combines the best of CBT, psychotherapy, NLP, and hypnosis, making it a powerful and holistic method for transformation. With RTT®, you don’t just manage your struggles—you free yourself from them and move forward with clarity and confidence.

What is hypnosis?Hypnosis is a natural state of deep relaxation and focused awareness—similar to daydreaming or getting lost in thought. We naturally enter this state throughout the day without even realizing it. In a hypnotherapy session, you remain fully aware and in control, simply accessing a more open and receptive state. This allows you to tap into your subconscious mind, uncover the root cause of challenges, and reframe limiting beliefs—leading to lasting, positive transformation.
-
How is RTT® different to regular hypnosisWhile both hypnotherapy and Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) use hypnosis, RTT® goes further by combining psychotherapy, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and cognitive-behavioural therapy. It focuses on uncovering and resolving the root cause of issues, often in just one to three sessions, leading to deep and lasting transformation.
-
Does RTT® Work Online?Yes! RTT® is just as effective online as it is in person—Many clients even find Zoom sessions more beneficial. Being in the comfort of your own home allows you to relax more deeply, helping the transformation sink in naturally. Plus, after the session, you can take your time to process and reflect in a familiar, stress-free environment. All you need is a quiet space and a reliable internet connection, and you’re ready to experience lasting change—no travel required!
-
What if I can’t get hypnotised?Hypnosis is a natural state that everyone experiences—like daydreaming or being completely absorbed in a task. While some people enter it more easily than others, the depth of hypnosis doesn’t determine its effectiveness. With the right guidance and an open mind, you can unlock powerful insights and lasting transformation.
-
Do I lose control under Hypnosis? No, you don’t lose control during hypnosis. It’s simply a state of deep relaxation, much like getting absorbed in a movie or a daydream. You remain fully aware of your surroundings and can come out of hypnosis anytime you choose—you are always in control.

How Does Stage Hypnosis Compare to Hypnotherapy and RTT®?While both use hypnosis, stage hypnosis and hypnotherapy/RTT® serve very different purposes. Stage hypnotists carefully select participants—typically outgoing individuals who are willing to perform. Since hypnosis cannot make someone act against their will, participants subconsciously choose to follow suggestions for entertainment. In contrast, hypnotherapy and RTT® are focused on personal transformation. Rather than performance, the goal is to help you overcome challenges, shift limiting beliefs, and create lasting change. Throughout the process, your well-being, integrity, and control remain the top priority.
